The Ida Valley Catchment Group is looking for a Poolburn Community Nursery Coordinator to help care for our community nursery beside Poolburn School.
This part-time role (20 hours per month) is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has an interest in New Zealand native plants, and is well organised and self-motivated. You'll help with propagation, potting, watering and weed control, while also supporting community working bees and occasional activities with local school children.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping grow native plants for restoration projects throughout the Ida Valley while supporting community involvement in environmental stewardship.
